Serum Level, Dosing History, & Data Fitting Instructions:
Enter doses and serum levels, up to 14 of either, in chronological order down the page, oldest to most recent. Only enter the levels you want to analyze. Do not skip cells. A peak and trough are suggested to maximize the accuary of the data fitting and dosage predictions. If you only have a trough it is best to only fit the clearance. Run the data fitting several times in a row to identify the fitting with the lowest Sum of Square of Errors. Then Select "Yes" for "Adjust Dose After Fitting", "No" for "Fit Serum Levels", and adjust the dose/interval to obtain desired levels or AUC under the Bayesian/Non-Bayesian Calculated Values Column. The coefficient of variation (CV) of serum levels is much smaller than the CV of the Vd and CL so serum levels have the greatest impact on the Bayesian data fitting. A non-bayesian analysis is available for comparison.
Additional functionality is in development.
